Marxism, Communism, Socialism, and fascism of all kind have infected America at large, and are as close as New Jersey and the Pascack Valley. Considering the history of totalitarian regimes of the 20th century, it’s alarming to see such oppressive ideology take root around us today. And it’s strange to be alive in a time when you have to explain to people the danger of such antisocial and unAmerican ideologies. But this is a symptom of the dumbing down of America via the public school system, which is more concerned with indoctrinating kids into leftist totalitarianism, rather than with education of core academic subjects and America’s founding principles.

Totalitarianism is at odds with the founding principle of America—FREEDOM. Totalitarianism demands homogenization. Therefore, totalitarians, or fascists, are intolerant of diversity, particularly diversity of opinion. The only opinions fascists will tolerate are those they are in agreement with. Everything else must be censored, attacked, marginalized, and eliminated.

We saw this brand of viewpoint discrimination expertly implemented during the COVID-19 false pandemic lockdowns when our own Communist captured government coerced, colluded, and coordinated with big tech and fake news media to silence information about effective and safe therapeutics (like nutrition and Ivermectin) in favor of unsubstantiated and unhealthy government sanctioned measures like flu masks, social distancing, plastic barriers, and experimental flu injections.

Remember that most people were branded by the corrupt government as “nonessential,” and businesses, churches, and schools were all forced to close under the threat of arrest. All this tyranny, over a common flu with readily available, safe, and cheap therapeutics–assuming they were even necessary against a common flu with a greater than 99.7% survival rate for the majority of the population. America’s founding ethos of freedom was universally and unilaterally violated, while the docile, dumbed down population quietly complied. America had become an open air slave colony of a corrupt fascist government.

Meanwhile, during the COVID-19 false pandemic lockdowns, leftist mobs of domestic terrorists from Antifa and BLM literally flooded the streets to burn, loot, and murder in cities and towns across America in a mass violent insurrection. The fake news media, under direction of our Communist captured government, painted it all as “peaceful protest” and made no mention of the apparent violation of their own wholly fabricated flu restrictions. The idiocy reached its peak when the domestic terrorists lionized criminal scumbags like felon George Floyd, who killed himself with a drug overdose to avoid arrest.

More locally, in March of 2021, a Pascack Valley resident, and teacher at Dumont High School, was allegedly attacked, harassed, and defamed by a small group of Dumont fascists with the intent to get the teacher fired for promoting freedom from the lockdown tyranny. In 2022, the teacher filed a lawsuit in Bergen County against five Dumont defendants alleging tortious interference with an employment contract with Dumont public schools. The trial began recently, and we bring you details from sworn court testimony in this matter.

The genesis of this case is the teacher’s recognition on 3/12/2021 of the one year passing of the COVID-19 false pandemic by comparing the unlawful and harmful lockdowns to “the enslavement of all humans” at the beginning of a virtual chemistry class. In retrospect, the teacher is entirely correct in that assessment of the situation. But this analogy sparked discontent among some Dumont mental slaves with serious Stockholm Syndrome.

One semi-lobotomized quasi-retarded slave in particular, a student in the teacher’s class, identified in court as Dayja Snead, allegedly objected to the teacher’s analogy, and apparently disrupted the teacher’s virtual class. The teacher testified that it became necessary to mute Snead for the remainder of the class in order to continue with the lesson. The teacher also alleged that Snead had a behavioral problem and had made an anti-white racist statement in a previous class.

It should be noted that the teacher is white, and all of the defendants in this case are ethnic minorities and/or foreigners. What happened next is nothing short of full blown fascist intimidation, harassment, and bullying.

It is alleged that a different student at Dumont High School, a defendant named Mia Vasallo, who was not known to the teacher, published a petition on Change.org with the stated intent to “Get Dumont High School Sub Fired for Comparing Pandemic to Enslavement.” The petition was boldly addressed to Dumont High School principal James Wichmann, and allegedly included harassing and defamatory content and a private link to an unauthorized video of the teacher’s class.

It is also alleged that a second defendant named Christopher Pableo made a Facebook post calling for the termination of the teacher by promoting lies and innuendo about the experienced teacher. The teacher testified that Pableo was not a student of the teacher, and was unknown to the teacher.

The teacher alleges that a third defendant named Yvette Jimenez, aka Yvette Ridley, aka Yvette Jimenez-Ridley, wrote emails to the district superintendent and Dumont board of education advocating for the termination of the teacher.

According to court testimony, Jimenez was also a stranger to the teacher, and had never interacted with the teacher. Evidence presented at trial included numerous comments by defendant Jimenez to defendant Pableo’s Facebook post, agitating for the termination of the teacher for promoting freedom from oppressive and unreasonable flu lockdown measures. It is alleged that defendant Yvette Jimenez is the mother of the disruptive student Dayja Snead.

The victimized teacher testified that within a week of these attacks, Dumont terminated their employment contract pursuant to a 60 day notice provision in the contract.

Adding insult to injury, is the allegation of an unauthorized video of the teacher’s class that the defendants were either circulating or promoting online, recorded in violation of district policy. The video was not played in court, and the teacher’s trial attorney expressed objections to the illicit video due to privacy concerns and district policy violations.

In court testimony, the victimized teacher testified that defendant Mia Vasallo’s petition was taken down after the filing of a terms of service complaint with Change.org. The disposition of the illicit video of the teacher’s class is unknown, though defendant Jiminez’s attorney is apparently in possession of the video.

It is alleged that a fourth defendant, student Allana Floro, wrote false and defamatory statements on defendant Mia Vasallo’s Change.org petition. A fifth defendant, Erin Vasallo, is alleged to be complicit in the Change.org petition allegedly published by her and/or her daughter (a minor at the time), defendant Mia Vasallo.

It is particularly disturbing that this cadre of fascists, some minors at the time, felt so emboldened to attack a teacher at Dumont High School who simply shared a perfectly rational opinion in support of freedom. On information and belief, there were no consequences to any student in this alleged harassment and bullying of a member of the Dumont High School faculty. Is principal James Wichmann asleep at the wheel, while antisocial unAmerican foreigners and ethnic minority fascists run amok in his school? It appears so.

We await the continuation of this trial, which has been delayed due to an alleged illness by a defendant or attorney. The outcome of the trial almost doesn’t matter. This story is a road map for those attacked by fascist hate mobs and cancel culture. Hold the fascists accountable by hauling their asses into court. The attorney fees alone after nearly a year of pretrial representation must cost many thousands of dollars. With additional thousands in attorney fees for a two day trial. That is an expensive lesson to learn for those who want to join up with fascist cancel culture. The victimized teacher apparently handled all of the pretrial activities pro se, meaning a savings of much money compared to the defendants who all are represented by attorneys.

On information and belief, all students mentioned herein are no longer minors, and have since graduated from Dumont High School. It appears that future welfare applicant/diversity hire Dayja Snead is being relocated to Louisiana State University. Defendant Mia Vasallo looks like some soyboy Antifa cretin (with multicolored hair and face piercing) who is likely slaving at a local coffee shop. And low IQ defendant Allana Floro is attending Bergen Community College (aka high school part 2) this fall. Dumont High School is really pumping out some quality fascists!

Defendant Yvette Jimenez testified in court that she enjoyed selling houses in the Dumont area to minorities and foreigners. A review of her social media accounts reveals a disturbing support for the domestic terrorist organization BLM. That tells you all you need to know about this moron.

A review of defendant Chris Pableo’s social media account reveals a surprising lack of flu mask and experimental flu injection propaganda that once dominated his feed. Seems hypocritical to scrub your profile of the enslavement you were so proud of that you attacked someone who opposed it.

Finally, educators would be well served to stay away from Dumont Public Schools. This case demonstrates that the district will not support its teachers or enforce its own policies, and will waste no time in throwing teachers under the bus when the hate mob attacks. This is in stark contrast to the harsh warning recently made by the Westwood schools superintendent who seems serious about enforcing the district policy prohibiting illicit recordings of classes. One can only hope that the Westwood district takes a similar stance against harassment and bullying of faculty members by students and parents.

The Nuremburg Trials demonstrated that it’s not an excuse to say you were just following orders. All those who participated in the COVID hoax should be tried for their crimes against fellow Americans.

True Americans value freedom to enjoy life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Freedom of speech is how we shine light on the misconduct and harm caused by evil people like this. Freedom of speech means that there are no wrong opinions. And in America, freedom is NEVER a wrong opinion.
