UPDATE 5/22/19: Now the work crew is set up on the northbound side of Kinderkamack Road, IN THE RIGHT TURN LANE. You cannot make a right onto Old Hook Road if you are headed north on Kkmack Rd. Best to avoid the intersection. Moron work crews are determined to screw with your morning commute.

At 8am this morning, right at the start of rush hour, idiot work crews set up shop on Old Hook Road at the intersection of Kinderkamack Road.
Did they offer advanced notice of this disruption? Of course not.
Avoid the area today, especially if you are heading west toward downtown along Old Hook Road. The two lanes have been merged into one at the traffic light. All other directions seem to be flowing normally.
